Typhoon Might Hit Izu Islands Again



The Izu Islands, which were hit by Typhoon 22 on the 9th of October, may be hit again by Typhoon 23. Typhoon 23 is heading North of the Eastern Sea of Okinawa, and is likely to hit Kagoshima Prefecture, causing lots of rain and potential flooding. After this, Typhoon 23 will likely head towards the Izu Islands, which was hit by Typhoon 22, which caused damage to buildings, water supply, and electricity supply.

I realized when reading this article, I can look ahead, as this was written a few days ago. The Typhoon did hit Kagoshima Prefecture, and did head towards the Izu Islands, but the total damage and severity has not yet been stated.

Fire in Second Story Apartment in Tokyo

During the night, at around 2 a.m., a fire started in a Tokyo apartment. The police believe that this fire came from a mobile battery, as it was reported by a resident that they were using a mobile battery to charge their phone while they were asleep.  This fire occurred on the second floor of the building, and there were six people who were breathing in smoke and had to be taken to the hospital. This article was very interesting, and it was slightly challenging with a lot of katakana, but it seemed like good review. I hope all affected are okay.
